Admission Notification to Master of Hospital Administration-MHA (2013-14)

Applications have been invited by Calicut University for admission to MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) Full Time Regular Programme (4 Semesters) under cost based scheme for the academic year 2013-2014 at the School of Management Studies, Dr. John Matthai Centre, Thrissur.

Candidates with a bachelor degree in any subject with not less than 50% marks in aggregate under regular stream of study (10+2+3 pattern) of University of Calicut or any other University/Institution approved by the UGC and recognized as equivalent by University of Calicut are eligible to apply.

Relaxation of 5% for OBC and other eligible communities and a mere pass in the case of SC / ST Candidates are allowed.

Selection is based on an entrance test by the University to be conducted during August 2010, which shall be followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

Signed print out of applications bearing Passport size Photograph attested by the Gazetted Officer along with (i) the original chalan receipt for having remitted the fee of Rs.300/- (Rs.100/- for SC / ST candidates on the basis of valid community certificate issued by the competent authority) to Calicut University Funds in Calicut University fee counter / Government Treasuries / Designated Branches of SBT / Janasevankendra OR Demand Draft (only in the case of out of State candidates) drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Calicut payable at SBT Calicut University Branch and (ii) attested copies of certificates as proof of qualifications, age and community should be forwarded to the Co-ordinator, School of Management Studies, Dr. John Matthai Centre, Aranttukara, Thrissur 680 018 so as to reach the same on or before 12.07.2013, 5 pm.

Those who are awaiting the results of the qualifying examination can also apply. They have to submit the copies of mark list to the Co-ordinator, within 6 days of the publication of Calicut University / Government Examination Results in order to finalise the Rank list in stipulated time.

1) By sending a request letter to the Director, Centre for Social Medicine along with D.D. for Rs. 300 in favour of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences- Deemed University.

2) By Downloading from the Website www.pravara.com  and submitting the downloaded Application Form along with a D.D. for Rs. 300/-

3) From the Counter of Center for Social Medicine on cash payment of Rs. 300/- on working days from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

4) The Application Form should be attached with the Xerox copy of the following certificates.
