Applications have been invited by Centre for Social Medicine (CSM), Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (DU) Loni, Tal- Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar, Maharashtra for admission to following courses of Academic Year 2013-14.

MSc (Public Health)

PG Dip. Epidemiology & Health Management.

Eligibility Criteria: MSc (Public Health)

    Graduate in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, Home Science, Health Science, Agriculture, etc.)

    Graduate in Social Sciences like Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, LL.B, Journalism, Social Work

    Graduate in allied health sciences like public health, nursing, physiotherapy, pharmacy, Veterinary etc

    Graduate in medical sciences - MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS with a minimum of 50% marks from any Indian University or their equivalent

Eligibility Criteria: PG Dip. Epidemiology & Health Management

How to obtain the Applications Form:

Those who are interested to take admission into the aforementioned courses should obtain the Prospectus and Application form, which can be obtained through the following ways:

1) By sending a request letter to the Director, Centre for Social Medicine along with D.D. for Rs. 300 in favour of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences- Deemed University.

2) By Downloading from the Website www.pravara.com  and submitting the downloaded Application Form along with a D.D. for Rs. 300/-

3) From the Counter of Center for Social Medicine on cash payment of Rs. 300/- on working days from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

4) The Application Form should be attached with the Xerox copy of the following certificates.

i) Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Passing)

ii) Year wise Statement of Marks of Course Passed

iii) Degree / Passing Certificate

iv) Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Important Dates:

    Availability of Admission Form: Till 15th July 2013

    Last Date for submission of filled in Admission Forms: 15th July 2013

    Admission of Selected Candidates: 20th July 2013

    Admission of Waitlisted Candidates: 22nd July 2013

    Academic Session Begins: 1st August 2013
