Applications have been invited by Department of Chemical Engineering,
University College of Science & Technology, University of Calcutta,
Rashbehari Shiksha Prangan, 92 A.P.C. Road, Kolkata, 700009, for Ph.D
admissions for the year 2013-14
Eligibility:
B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent
Interested Candidates are requested to submit the filled-in application
form downloaded from the website of the University of Calcutta ( http://www.caluniv.ac.in/admission%20notice/application_frame.htm
) at the office of the Department of Chemical
Engineering.
Reservation of seats: SC - 22% and ST - 6% as per University rules.
Candidates having B.E./B.Tech. Degree with valid GATE score as well as
candidates having M.E./M.Tech. Degree are exempted from the admission test.
However, they have to qualify the interview. The filled-in form should be
submitted at the office of the department after paying Rs.200/- in the
University Cash Counter (as application fee for Ph.D. admission) through a
challan duly forwarded by the Head of the Department with seal.
