Selection to the Programme will be based on the Common Entrance Test to be held from 10 am to 1 pm on 20th December 2009 (Sunday).
Prospectus can be obtained from 18th November, 2009 from IMU on week days during working hours on payment of Rs.800/- (Rs.450/- for SC/ST applicants) by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Indian Maritime University, payable at Chennai.
It can also be downloaded from www.imu.tn.nic.in
Filled in application forms should reach Head (Nautical Science), IMU, Chennai, latest by 8th December, 2009, in a cover super-scribed, 'Application form for Diploma in Nautical Science, leading to B.Sc Nautical Science'.
Those candidates who had been declared qualified in the Common Entrance Test during June, 2009, who have not attended counselling, may register by sending details on plain paper indicating the Name, Roll Number, Rank, Address and Telephone Number before 8.12.2009.
