ADMISSION IN TO MODEL TRAINING INSTITUTE.

Model Training Institute (MTI) attached to the Advanced Training Institute, Kolkata established by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Labour, Directorate General of Employment & Training offers training under CTS in the following tades

1.    Sheet Metal Worker: 8th passed (Class 7th pass where terminal examination is in class 7th) candidates are eligible for this course.
2.    Carpenter: 8th passed (Class 7th pass where terminal examination is in class 7th) candidates are eligible for this course.
3.    Welder: 8th passed (Class 7th pass where terminal examination is in class 7th) candidates are eligible for this course.
4.    Fitter: 10th or equivalent passed candidates are eligible for this course.
5.    Electronics Mechanics: 10th or equivalent passed candidates are eligible for this course.
6.    Mechanics (Motor Vehicle): 10th or equivalent passed candidates are eligible for this course.
7.    Refrigeration and Air conditioning: Candidates who are passed 10th class with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system or it's equivalent are eligible for this course.
8.    Draughtsman (Mechanical): Candidates who are passed 10th class with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system or it's equivalent are eligible for this course.
9.    Tool & Die Maker (Press Tools jig and fixture): Candidates who are passed 10th class with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system or it's equivalent are eligible for this course.
10.    Machinist: Candidates who are passed 10th class with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system or it's equivalent are eligible for this course.
11.    COPA: 10+2 or Diploma in Engineering passed candidates are eligible for this course.
12.    Electrician: Candidates who are passed 10th class with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system or it's equivalent are eligible for this course.
13.    Turner: Candidates who are passed 10th class with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system or it's equivalent are eligible for this course.
