Northwest College for Advanced Learning is an initiative by Graduates from Harvard Business School, Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, London Business School, INSEAD, and the IITs. NWC is going to offer quality programs from the likes of University of London International Programmes with academic direction from LSE, Northwood University USA and Swiss Business School to offer Bachelors and PG programs in India, focused on finance and economics.

Leadership Team
The leadership team of NWC have a wealth of experience in leading corporate entities across the globe, such as Hindustan Unilever, ITC, McKinsey, Citibank, Northgate Capital, Evalueserve, etc.
The team members would be deeply involved in the learning process itself, actively taking classes and interacting with students on a very regular basis, helping them through the development process.

Is it for you?
The program is suitable for graduates of any discipline who, for professional or personal reasons, wish to secure a stand-alone qualification in finance. It is also ideal for those who wish to undertake postgraduate work and whose first degree is in an unrelated field.

Prestige and career progression:
The program has been developed by academics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), regarded as an international centre of academic excellence and innovation in the social sciences.
This program will prepare you for a career in finance Industry, e.g. whether in academia or finance industry, investment or commercial banking, risk management, research, fund management, or securities trading.

Fees:
The tution fees for the 1 year program is approximately Rs. 5 lacs (excluding administrative expenses and one time charges) for both NWC and University of London International Programmes.
In comparison, studying in London, UK for a University of London diploma will cost a student upwards of Rs. 25,00,000 in 1 year.
Merit and need based Scholarships are available on a case by case basis.

Eligibility:
To be eligible to register for a Diploma for Graduates, you must:
Hold a full first degree (at least a second class honours degree) completed in a minimum of three years duration on a full-time basis (or equivalent) from a university or other institution, acceptable to the University of London AND
Demonstrate that you have reached a level of competence in Mathematics with at least 70% marks in class 12 (CBSE and other Indian Boards) or at least 80% marks in class 10 AND
The applicant must have scored above 70% marks in English in Class XII (CBSE and other Indian Boards)
If the applicant does not match the English requirement then NWC and University of London require the applicant need to take IELTS or TOEFL and submit those scores along with the application. The minimum acceptable score for IELTS is 6 and for TOEFL is 237.


Please Note: Applicants holding professional and/or postgraduate qualifications without a full first degree cannot be considered for admission to a Diploma for Graduates.

This degree will prepare you for a career in areas of professional accountancy, investment banking, investment analysis and management, management consultancy and financial management in the financial services sector and other industries, as well as to more advanced academic study.

The tution fees for the program is approximately Rs. 3,00,000 per year (excluding administrative expenses and one time charges) for both NWC and University of London International Programmes.
In comparison, studying in London, UK for a University of London degree will cost a student upwards of Rs.25,00,000 per year.
Merit and need based Scholarships are available on a case by case basis.

Eligibility:
If a student has 70% or above marks in best of 4 academic subjects (always including English and Mathematics) in class 12, then he/she satisfies the entrance requirements.

We require that the applicant has 70% or above marks in both English and Mathematics in class 12 exmainations. If the students did not take Mathematics in class 12 then we require a minimum of 80% marks in class 10 examinations.
The applicant must have scored above 70% marks in English in Class XII (CBSE and other Indian Boards)
In case the student has less than 70% marks in English (but greater than 50% in class XII Board examinations) then the applicants need to take IELTS or TOEFL and submit those scores along with the application. The minimum acceptable score for IELTS is 6 and for TOEFL is 237 either of these exams should have been passed at the required grade or above, within the past 3 years.

You will receive all the support required through the
Career Support Services towards finding a suitable position with a reputed firm, within India and also with foreign concerns for locations outside India. The students are also able to apply to most post-graduate programs across the globe and meet their requirements. At NWC, we will assist out students in their pursuit of further education by providing advice regarding the requirements to be met and by constantly assisting them to secure positions at our partner institutions or in other reputed institutions, both in India and abroad.
