School of
Planning and Architecture Vijayawada (SPAV) invites applications for admission
to Bachelors Degree course in Architecture / Planning for the session 2013-2014
for the following special categories as below:

Application
Process:
Candidates of
category no. 1 & 2, as above may apply on plain paper to “The Director,
School of Planning and Architecture Vijayawada, S.y. No: 71/1, NH-5,
Nidamanuru, Vijayawada, 521104, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA” along with a copy of the
JEE (MAINS) rank card, and other relevant testimonials/documents which
establishes their eligibility for the category along with a demand draft of Rs
500/- (nonrefundable), as processing fee in favour of “School of Planning and
Architecture, Vijayawada” payable at Vijayawada (A.P.). Admissions in this
category will be done strictly on the basis of merit in order of Paper 2, JEE
(MAINS) – 2013-14 all India rank allotted by CBSE.
All applicants
should:
1. Clearly
indicate in the course and category for which they are applying for. There
should be separate applications for applying in different categories and / or
for applying to different courses.
2. Have 2 set of
copies of all documents establishing the eligibility relevant to a category.
3. Have 2 set of
copies of all past educational qualifications and other achievements
4. 3 recent
passport size photographs
5. Requisite
Application Fees
Candidates with
offer of seats will have to report to the School premises in person for
completion of admission process as per deadlines below. They shall be further
informed about the fee structure and final admission process.
Kindly note the
following deadlines for Special Category admission 2013-14:
1.
Last date for receipt of applications 31 July 2013
2.
Announcement of results (only on SPAV website) 02 Aug 2013
3.
Physical Reporting / Closing of admissions 06- 14 Aug 2013
The classes will
start immediately after physical reporting and confirmation of admissions.
The School shall
not be responsible for any postal delay of applications.
