Graduates in the Faculties of Arts, Social Science,

FACULTY OF SCIENCE (M.Sc.):
12. M.Sc. Mathematics
Graduates with Mathematics or Statistics as
Optional/ Main/Core subject under Part III with 45% marks for Part III or 1.8
Grade Point in Maths under CBCSS Core group or B.Tech. graduates with not less
than 45% marks in Maths (aggregate of all the 4 papers in Maths) and a total of
45% marks for the entire course or B.Sc. Computer application graduates with
not less than 45% marks in the concerned optional subjects including Computer
Application and Statistics/1.8 Grade Point in Computer Application under CBCSS
Stream. Candidates belonging to SC/ST are exempted from minimum marks
restriction and OBC will be allowed a concession of 2% marks. Bonafide teachers
employed on the date of application in Govt./Aided Schools in the Kerala State
shall be exempted from the required minimum marks, on production of an
employment certificate from the AEO/DEO/Principal concerned.

MODALITY - POST GRADUATE COURSES
The application forms for Private Registration and
applications for Examination are available from the website www.mgu.ac.in.
The filled-in application forms for Private
Registration should be accompanied by Application for examination, application
for Matriculation if required), application for Recognition (if required),
relevant certificates, pay-in-slips and a self addressed stamped envelope for
Rs.52/- of the size 24 x 32 cm to return the certificates.

The printouts of application obtained after online
registration/the filled in application forms should be accompanied by a self
addressed stamped envelope for Rs.52/-of the size 24x32 cm. to return the
certificates by registered post.

The last date for the online submission for UG
Programme (full course) and receipt of filled in applications for all other
programmes/courses in the University office without fine is 30.11.2013, with a
fine of Rs.500/- is 16.12.2013 with a superfine of Rs.1,000/- is 31.12.2013.
The last date for the receipt of filled in applications for Optional/Faculty/II
language change/Additional Optional/Part I and Part II (B.A.syllabus) for
B.Com. Graduates of this University is 30.11.2013 (without fine), with a fine
of Rs.500/- is 16.12.2013, and with a superfine of Rs.1,000/- is 31.12.2013.
The last date for the receipt of applications for II and III
Year Registration and Registration to III Year only is without fine 30.11.2013,
with a fine of Rs. 500/- is 16.12.2013 and a Superfine of Rs. 1,000/- is
31.12.2013.
