Cochin has invited applications for admission to few seats that are available
for sponsored / non-sponsored candidates in the 32nd GME Batch starting Jan 1,
2014
Eligibility:
Unmarried graduate Mechanical / Naval Architecture
Engineers with minimum 50% marks, and 50% marks in English for Std. X or XII
are eligible to apply for the course.
Other Requirements:
Age - Not more than 28 years on 01st Jan 2014.
Physical Fitness - Medical fitness certificate from
Medical Officer approved by Directorate General of Shipping.

Last date of submission of application to 'The Head of
Department, Marine Engineering Training Institute, Cochin Shipyard Limited,
Kochi - 15' is before 16th December 2013.
Course Fee:
The Tuition fees for the course is Rs. 1,60,000/-
and other expenses including boarding & loading is Rs. 1,40,000/-
candidates have to pay the total amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- at the time of
admission. For female candidates there will be a reduction of 50% in Tuition
fees (subject to minimum 2 female candidates).
