NOTICE
Ph.D Admission Notification (February-March 2014)
Applications are invited for admission to the
February-March session, 2014 for the Ph.D Programme of the Department.
Interested and eligible candidates are advised to collect the Handbook of
lnformation along with the Admission Form from the Office of the Chairperson,
Board of Research Studies in Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences Building,
University of Delhi from 06th January, 2014 to 31st January, 2014.
The completed Admission Form along with requisite
documents and ten copies of the research proposal should be'submitted in the,
Department of Social Work on or before 31st January,2014.
The following schedule shall be followed for
admission to the Ph.D. Programme of the Department:
1. Receipt of Application Forms and Research Proposals : 6th
Jan, 2014to 31tt Jan, 2014
(Ten copies of the proposal)
2. Presentation of Proposals by Shortlisted Candidates :06th
February 2014
Kindly note that the admission in this session for
PhD are open to only those candidates who have JRF or any other national
research fellowship or to those candidates who had cleared the entrance exam
for PhD conducted by the Department in the month of August 2013.
