PhD Admission Notice 2014-2015

Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Tamil Nadu has invited applications for admission to full time PhD programmes in the areas of Gender Studies, Local Governance, Life Skills Education and Development Studies.

Eligibility: Master’s Degree in the above mentioned Areas / Social Sciences / Humanities with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA (50% for SC / ST / Differently abled category).  For part time PhD two years of work experience in the relevance field is mandatory.

Candidates with MPhil / JRF / NET / SLET are exempted from entrance examination, however, have to appear for the interview.

The duly filled in application form with all the requisite enclosures should be submitted along with the demand draft for Rs.500/- towards application fees at the following address. Demand draft must be drawn on a nationalised bank in favour of The Director, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, payable at Sriperumbudur.
