Foreign Language Admission Notice 2014
Applications have been invited by Doon
University, Dehradun for admission to Evening Classes for one year certificate
course in the following foreign languages:
1. Certificate Course in CHINESE (Two Semesters)
2. Certificate Course in GERMAN (Two Semesters)
3. Certificate Course in SPANISH (Two Semesters)
4. Certificate Course in JAPANESE (Two Semesters)
These courses are open to all students,
in-service people etc. possessing minimum qualifications of 10+2 from an
approved/ recognized Board/ Institution.
Forms can be purchased from the Administrative
Building, Doon University (for Rs. 600/-) or can be downloaded from here (a
demand draft of Rs 600.00. should be attached, made in favour of DOON
UNIVERSITY payable at any bank in Dehradun).
A Statement of Purpose (SoP) on 'Why do you
want to learn Chinese/German/Japanese/Spanish' in about 150 words should be
attached on a separate A4 size paper (language optional English or Hindi; typed
or hand written) along with the duly filled in form.
Last date of acceptance of forms is August 8, 2014.
