Tamil Nadu MD (Homoeopathy) Admission Notice 2014-2015
Applications are invited by Directorate of Indian
Medicine & Homoeopathy, Tamil Nadu for admission to MD (Homoeopathy), a
three Year Post-Graduate programme for 2014-2015 session in Saradha Krishna
Homoeopathy Medical College, Chennai.
Eligibility
Criteria:
(i) Candidates should be citizens of India and
should have undergone BHMS Course in the State of Tamil Nadu
(ii) Candidates of Tamil Nadu Nativity who have
completed BHMS in other States should furnish a Certificate of Nativity in
Tamil Nadu issued by the competent authority only in the specified format and
supported by a copy of passport / Ration card /voter’s ID / Driving License /
Permanent Medical Registration Certificate. If the copy of the Supporting
document is not produced, then the application will not be considered. Nativity
Certificate submitted later will be summarily rejected.
(iii) Candidate should possess the Degree of
Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery or equivalent qualification in
Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council
Act, 1973 (59 of 1973)
(iv) Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery
(Graded Degree) or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the
Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973(59 of 1973)
(v) Those candidates who are undergoing CRRI and
will be completing their CRRI before the Entrance examination should enclose a
certificate from Head of the Institution in which they are undergoing the CRRI
that they will be completing the CRRI before the date of Entrance examination

The filled in application along with necessary
enclosures and 2 self-addressed envelopes 23 x 10 cms stamped for the value of
Rs.40/- (Rupees forty only) respectively should be sent to the Secretary,
Selection Committee, Commissionerate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy,
Arignar Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai
600106 before the last date & time with a Demand Draft for Rs. 2,000/-
(Rupees Two thousand only)
Last date to send filled application form is: 21/07/2014.
Documents to be enclosed with the filled in
application:
(i) Recent Photo on first page of Application Form.
(ii) Attested copy of Internship Certificate.
(iii) Attested copy of Statement of marks obtained
in First year to Final BHMS Course.
(iv) Attested copy of BHMS Degree certificate.
(v) Attested copy of the Medical Registration
Certificate.
(vi) Attested copy of the Community Certificate
from the competent authority indicating the social status of candidates
belonging to BC / BCM / MBC / Denotified / SC / SCA to be produced. ST
candidates should produce community certificate issued by Revenue Divisional
Officer.
(vii) Two latest conduct certificates in Original
from Group 'A' officers.
(viii) Identification Slips with two photographs in
the spaces provided.
(ix) Two Self Addressed cover with postage stamps
of Rs.40.00 (one for sending mark sheet and another for sending Hall Ticket)
enclosed with Application
(x) Attested Photocopy of Transfer Certificate.
(xi) Acknowledgement / Intimation card with address
properly written and affixed with postage stamp of Rs.6.00.
