Applications have been invited by Rajiv Gandhi
Institute of Public Health and Centre for Disease Control, 426/27, 33rd cross,
18th main, 4th T block, Jayanagar, Bangalore- 560041 for admission to Master of
Public Health (Honours) [MPH (Hons.)] course.
Eligibility for admission:
The candidate must have a degree i.e., MBBS or BDS
or BAMS or BHMS or BUMS or BYNS or BSc (Nursing) or BPT from a university
established under law and recognised by respective councils of India (Medical,
Dental, AYUSH, and Nursing) where applicable.
or
Equivalent qualification recognised by Rajiv Gandhi
University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka and the respective regulatory
bodies / councils.
Fee structure
A total sum of INR. 49,200/-[Indian rupees forty
nine thousand and two hundred] is presently the fees payable by the student per
year.
Stipend
The candidates who do not get salary / stipend /
fellowship etc., from any other sources will be considered for payment of a
monthly stipend of INR 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) subject to
satisfactory academic progress.

Online applications can be submitted on
Application fee is Rs.500/-. The fee must be paid
through demand draft (DD) in favour of The Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University
of Health Sciences, Karnataka, payable at Bangalore. The DD is to be enclosed
along with the printed online filled application form.
Attested copies of following certificates should be
submitted along with the printed online filled application form:
a. Pass certificate / Degree certificate
b. Marks cards of all university examinations
passed (First to final year of the course)
c. Attempt Certificate issued by the Principal
d. Certificate regarding recognition of the college
by the respective Councils / regulatory bodies
e. Completion of rotating internship certificate
from a recognized college where applicable
f. Registration by the respective state council
wherever applicable
g. Proof of SC/ST or Category as the case may be
Print out of online filled application form and
attested copies of documents should be submitted by post or in person to The
Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, 4th T- block,
Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560 041 on or before 30th April 2015, 5 p.m.
