COURSE OBJECTIVE:
Embedded System finds its application in various electronic equipments such as medical equipments, consumer electronics, avionics, communication systems, military applications, industrial process plants, robotics and the like. There is almost no electronic industry which does not work on embedded systems.
This course is intended to teach the participants various design techniques involved in practice to develop Embedded System. It provides a detailed knowledge about hardware platforms including general purpose processors, software platforms, operating systems, memory and interfacing devices.
The course aims at training students and professionals so as to make them ready to work in any electronic industry where embedded technology is an integral part of product development.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:
The course is designed primarily for beginners in the field of Embedded System and its application in industry and academics. Students and Faculties of Electronics, Electrical and Computer Science & Engineering and information technology would find this course extremely useful.
