Courses and
Eligibility:
1.
Auxiliary Nurses and Midwives (2 years course) (for girls only): As per INC’s
Circular no 1-6/2012-INC dated 29.04.2013
The
minimum educational requirements shall be 10 + 2 in Arts (Mathematics, Physics,
Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History,
Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology,
and Philosophy) and English Core / English Elective or Science or Health care
Science - Vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board.
2.
General Nursing & Midwifery (3 years and 6 months diploma course) (for
girls only): As per INC’s Circular no 1-6/2012-INC dated 29.04.2013
Minimum
education:
a.
10+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40%
marks.
b.
10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science,
History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology,
Psychology, Philosophy) and English Core / English Elective or Health care
Science - Vocational stream ONLY, passing out from recognized Board under
AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent Board
3.
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (2 years course) (for boys and girls):
10+2 (Medical) passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or any other
equivalent examination from a recognized Board / University as a regular
student.
4.
Diploma in Radiography (2 years course) (for boys and girls): 10+2 (Medical)
passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or any other equivalent examination
from a recognized Board / University as a regular student.
Applications:
Application
form can be obtained by hand from institute or can be downloaded from website www.bfuhs.ac.in
Photocopy
of the form is also acceptable. Complete applications with attested copies of
all requisite certificates and demand draft worth Rs.300/- (Rs. 150/- for SC /
ST categories only) of Central Bank of India or Punjab & Sind Bank payable
at Badal or Punjab National Bank payable at Lambi drawn in favour of Principal,
State Institute of Nursing & Para-Medical Sciences must reach in the office
of the Principal. State Institute of Nursing & Para-Medical Sciences. VPO
Badal. District - Muktsar (Punjab) till 01.08.2013 by 5.00 pm (By Hand or through
Registered Post)
