Sub: Admission to the LL.M. Degree Course against vacant seats – reg.

Candidates who have passed the 5 year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 55 % of the total marks in the aggregate [not less than 50 % in the case of SC/ST (declared eligible for reservation in the State of Kerala)] and who are interested in seeking admission to the 2 year LL.M. Degree Course in the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, are directed to intimate their expression of interest in the prescribed proforma latest by 4 p.m. on 29th July, 2013 by e-mail (registrar@nuals.ac.in ), for admission to five vacant seats with International Trade Law as Branch.

Candidates who have appeared for the Common Law Admission Test 2013 and whose names are included in the CLAT 2013 Rank list (PG) shall be given preference. In the absence of sufficient number of candidates from the CLAT Rank List applications from others will also be considered.

Admissions will be made from among the students who express their interest to join the Course in the prescribed format by the time specified, in the order of merit in the CLAT 2013 (PG) Rank List and marks secured in the qualifying examination.
