ADMISSION NOTICE 2014-15
The following UG, PG and Research Programmes will
be offered during 2014-15 at Hyderabad, Lucknow and Shillong Campuses. Entrance
tests for admission will be held in various centres across the country.
BA (Hons.) in English, Arabic, French, German, Russian
and Spanish BCJ, B.Ed. (English), M.Ed., MA in English, Linguistics, Arabic,
French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, MA MCJ, Masters in
Computational Linguistics, PG Diploma in the Teaching of English, Ph.D. in
English Language Education, Linguistics & Phonetics, English Literature,
Indian & World Literatures, Comparative Literature & India Studies,
Social Exclusion Studies, Translation Studies, Film Studies, Cultural Studies,
Hindi, Arabic (Literature), French Studies, Russian (Language and Linguistics),
and Russian (Literature)

Reservation
of seats: Reservation of seats shall be as per the GOI/UGC norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/wards/dependants
of Defence personnel/Kashmiri migrants.
How to
apply: The Prospectus and Instructions for filling the online application
form can be downloaded from the University website. Candidates are required to
apply online (on or before 22 January 2014) through University website www.efluniversity.ac.in by paying the entrance test fee in the form of
a system - generated SBI challan or by online payment (by Credit Card/Debit
Card/Internet Banking) of Rs.350/- for each programme in the case of General/OBC
category and Rs.150/- for each programme in the case of SC/ST/PWD categories.
Subsequently the hard copy of the application along with the required
enclosures must be sent to the Controller of Examinations, EFL University to
the above address so as to reach him on or before 29 January 2014.

Important
Information: Admit Passes, information to candidates shortlisted for interview
and selected/wait-listed candidates will only be notified on the website. It is
the responsibility of the candidates to visit the university website for
downloading the Admit Passes, for checking results and for the list of relevant
documents required for admission.
