The performa of the application is available on the website: http://www.nitw.ac.in

The filled in applications along with necessary documents and a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- in the case of SC/ST candidates) towards Registration fee, drawn in favour of The Director, National Institute of Technology, Warangal, payable at SBH, NIT Warangal branch (Code No. 2149) should reach Admissions Officer, National Institute of Technology, Warangal 506004 on or before May 01, 2015.

Following documents are to be attached to the application form:

Attested copy of SSC in support of Date of Birth

Attested copy of Intermediate/(10+2) Certificate

Attested copies of Degree Certificates and Marks Memos of the qualifying Examinations

List of publications (if any)

Attested copy of the caste certificate (in case of SC/ST candidates)

For OBC candidates, OBC certificate issued after 15.09.2014 as per the format given in the Annexure-III only is accepted.

No Objection Certificate from the employer, if employed.

Photograph on application form

Attested copy of the Grade/Rank Card of GATE or NET or CAT or GMAT
