Diploma in Training  and Development

Eligibility: Graduate of recognized university or its equivalent and have a minimum of two years experience in the capacity of an Executive, Faculty, Administrator, Supervisor, Manager, Trainer or HR Practitioner in an organization. OR

Post-Graduate Degree or equivalent Diploma in Business Management, Personnel Management or any other recognized discipline. OR

A Professionally recognised qualification like BE, ME, MBBS, CAIIB, ACA, AICWA, M Ed etc. inclusive of degree level education. OR

Armed Forces Officers who have successfully undergone course at NDA /IMA / OTA/ Air Force Academy / Indian Naval Academy and have a minimum of two years working experience.

Application procedure: Prospectus & Application Form can be obtained by sending DD / MO for Rs.300/- favouring "ISTD (Diploma Programme)", payable at New Delhi OR by Cash from the Diploma Office, New Delhi. In case applicant has used downloaded form, cost of prospectus Rs.300/- to be deposited along with the form.

The registration form, duly filled in, must be accompanied by:

A non-refundable/ transferable Registration Fee of Rs.500/- by cash or Demand Draft payable to "ISTD, Diploma Programme", New Delhi.

Full Course Fees of Rs.25,000/- in one lump sum or can be paid in two equal installments of Rs.12,700/- each by cash or Demand Draft. Payable to "ISTD Diploma Programme", New Delhi

Concessional Fee: 20% for Armed Forces officials / Central Police Organization / Para Military Forces / State Police Offioials, and SC/ST candidates.

Examination Centre : Examinations are presently conducted at Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Chittorgarh, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderababd, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Neyveli, Pune, Ranchi, Silvassa, Trivandrum, Vadodara and Visakhapatnam
