Application forms, prospectus and details can be had from the Head/Coordinator/Course Director/Principal of the Department/College, or can be downloaded from the Kannur University website. http://www.kannuruniversity.ac.in/ Application fee of Rs 100/-should be credited to Kannur University Fund in Treasury (Head of account: 8658-00-102-96 (27) KUS) or the selected branches of SBT, by chalan. Demand Drafts drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Kannur University, payable at SBT, Kannur University Campus Branch, will also be entertained from applicants outside Kerala. DDs of banks other than SBT should be payable at Kannur. For forms by post; a self addressed, sufficiently stamped (Rs.10/-) envelope of 23x12 cm. should also be enclosed. The fee for entrance test is Rs. 250/-. Candidates who download the application form from the University website may remit both the application fee and the fee for entrance test together and forward the chalan with the applications. Application fee for NRI/payment seat is Rs. 1,000/-. Students who are awaiting result can also apply if admission is made through entrance test, but they shall produce their qualifying certificates at the time of interview. Others may submit their applications within 10 days from the date of publication of the results of the qualifying degree exams by this University.
Applications along with necessary documents should reach the Department on or before 10 June 2009. SC/ST/OBC/OEC candidates are eligible for relaxation in the prescribed minimum marks as per rules. Only courses and their equivalent approved by Kannur University shall be considered as eligible qualification. Admission shall be as per rules/regulations.
For Sports quota seat, a photocopy of the application with necessary certificates should be sent to the Director of Physical Education, Kannur University, before the last date.
