The Online AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) for admissions to the Post-graduate Programmes like PGDM, PGDBA, MBA, MCA, MCM, etc; offered by various Institutes / Universities will be conducted by ‘The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS)’ (101, Rekha Deluxe Enclave Sangeetha Nagar, Punjagutta, Hyderabad 500082) from 2p.m to 5 p.m on 9th December, 2012 (Sunday) at about 30 cities (Centres) across the country. The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), established in 1988, is one of the largest networks of Management Institutes in the world, with over 600 members including IIMs, ISB, Xavier Institutes, Welingkar, MDI, S P Jain, ICFAI, NMIMS and other top Indian business schools. ATMA was launched in 2000 to meet the expressed desire of AIMS members for a high quality test, the scores of which would be used in the admission process as a reliable predictor of academic performance in post graduate management programmes. ATMA is a credible, comprehensive and single-window test for admissions to different post-graduate management programmes. The first test was conducted on Sunday, February 20, 2000, at several centres in India

The Nineteenth ATMA Test will be held in about 30 cities on Sunday, 09th December, 2012. Test centres/venues may be cancelled, combined or changed depending on the number of candidates in specific centres.

How to make payment of Application Fee?
A candidate should either go to one of the Fee Collection Centres named in the website (www.atmaaims.com)  and collect a copy of the Application Form, if available with them,. Or, s/he may download the form from the website.

The payment is accepted from the candidates from 10th October, 2012 till 2:00 PM on 5th December, 2012.

Visit the Home page of the website (www.atmaaims.com)  and click on the Payment Gateway for paying the Registration Fee of Rs.1050/- (Rupees one thousand and fifty only) using your Credit or Debit Card. The Payment Gateway charges are 0.75% (plus Service Tax) on Debit Card and 2.4% (plus Service Tax) on Credit Card on Rs.1050/-.

Alternatively, the candidate can make an Online or net banking transfer through any nearest Bank using the following details:

Cash payment is also available through some designated Fee Collection Centers. Instructions for payment through FCCs is placed on the website.

How to do the Registration for the Test?
A Candidate must fill in the Registration Form available on the website (www.atmaaims.com) using the Personal Identification Number (PID) received from the ATMA Secretariat and also the Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) of the candidate.

The candidate should take two printouts of the filled-in application (Registration) form after completion of all the personal particulars. The Roll number which gets generated thereupon will reflect in the Admit Card.

While filling in the Registration Form, one should select a maximum of five Participating Institutes from the list available on the website (www.atmaaims.com)  and quote the code numbers given against each Institute. The candidate’s scores will be reported to these five Institutes.

Admit Cards: Candidates are requested to down load their admit cards from the ATMA website www.atmaaims.com  by entering the PID number and date of birth from 4th December, 2012 to 8th December, 2012.

You must get your Admit Card in order to appear for the test. Candidates without the Admit Card or without photograph will not be allowed to appear for the test. Two latest passport size Photographs are to be affixed on the Admit Card (Candidate’s copy and Test Centre copy).

Change of test centre is not allowed, except for valid reasons in exceptional cases where the request for change is made well in advance i.e., at-least 10 days before the test, and subject to availability of computer systems and the approval of test administrator.

Registration fee, once paid, is not refundable or transferable to other tests under any circumstances.
