NOTICE FOR CLASS VI AND IX - 2013 - 2014
Application
forms for admission to VI and IX Standards of Sainik School Amaravathinagar are
available from 15 Oct 2012.
Only
boys aged between 10 and 11 years as on 01 July 2013 ( date of birth between
02.07.2002 and 01.07.2003) are eligible for admission to VI standard and boys
aged between 13 and 14 years as on 01 July 2013 (date of birth between
02.07.1999 and 01.07.2000) and studying in VIII Std in a recognized school are
eligible for admission to IX standard.
Based
on the parents income the Govt. of Tamil Nadu / Ministry of Defence has
sanctioned a Scholarship upto 50,000/- per annum per student.
Application
Forms will be sold by the school till 03 Dec 2012. For prospectus and
application forms, remit 550/- for General/ Defence categories and 400/- for
SC/ST categories (inclusive of Registration Fee, Documentary DVD and postal
charges) through Demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Amaravathinagar
(Branch code 2191) in favour of 'Principal, Sainik School, Amaravathinagar'
along with covering letter mentioning postal address, clear indication of the
standard to which admission is sought (VI / IX) and the category (SC/ST/Defence/
General).
