Application
form can be obtained from PG cell by paying Rs.3000/- cash or DD drawn In
favour of "Charutar Arogya Nationalized bank, Anand, Gujarat (Cheques
will not be accepted). Any person wishing to apply under two categories (viz,
"SP University + NRI or other University + NRI") need to fill only
one form with an additional fee of Rs.2000/- (i.e. total application fee
amounting to 5000/-). It can be obtained from the college office hours or
downloaded from the website obtained by Post for an additional postage charge
of Rs.50/-. Details of the courses offered and its recognition status is
available on prospectus.
