The XXth 2-year Post Graduate Programme in Communication has been opened for Admission 2014

Delhi School of Communication has opened gates on its XXth 2-year Post Graduate Programme in Communication for Admission 2014. The program awards dual qualification under the name or Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Communication (PGDC) and Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC). The two programmes are run under the purview of Jodhpur National University and are approved by AICTE and UGC.
This integrated program on marketing communication was founded in the year 1995 and is considered to be a coveted program. Post Graduate students identify this as a top of the line communications programme on marketing communication. The program covers comprehensively the topics on Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism and Entertainment management. This course by DSC is an outcome to the long felt need of the academicians and Industry personnel to bring together the theory and industry wide exposure on marketing communication.
DSC has therefore kept work exposure via internships as a very vital part of this programme. Every student has to undergo internship of full day work experience for a period of up to four months and apprenticeships of half day work experience for a period of three to six months. During the course, the students are able to also avail a valuable work experience and attractive stipends. This also ensures instant placements at leading organizations such as JWT, Edelman, Mudra, Perfect Relations and McCann, BM and Genesis. The placements take place 3 months prior to the completion of the course.
