One year Family Business Management Programme (FMBA)
School of Management, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai has invited applications for registration to week-end one year Family Business Management Programme (FMBA) of Year 2011.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
Applicant should have:
i. A Graduate Degree from a recognized University or a Post-HSC Diploma in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University with a longer post-education Business Experience.
ii. Actual involvement in one’s family business
iii. Good communication skill
iv An intense desire to educate oneself and readiness to work hard
SELECTION PROCESS
Selection is through interviews by a panel of expert faculty. At the interview, an applicant will be required to submit a letter from the head of his/her family business, sponsoring the applicant and certifying his/her actual involvement in the family business. All selected applicants will have to submit a LETTER OF COMMITMENT (Draft will be supplied) on their firm’s letterheads, jointly signed by the applicants and the heads of their Family Businesses. Original education and other certificates will have to be produced at the interview and at the time of paying the fees, if selected.
