Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak invites applications for admission to M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work Entrance examination session 2012-14 as per the following schedule:
Last date for receipt of application 10.09.2012 ( upto 05:00PM) form
Date of Entrance Test at Rohtak 30.09.2012 (Sunday)
Paper 10:00AM to 11:30AM
The Prospectus containing eligibility conditions, application form and OMR application form can be obtained from the Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak & HDFC BANK, Near D. Park, Model Town, Rohtak on cash payment of Rs. 1500/- ( Rs. 425/- for SC/BC Candidate) w.e.f. 14.08.2012. Request for prospectus through Registered Post must be received in the office of Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D.Sharma UHS, Rohtak on or before 31.08.2012 by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 1550/- (Rs. 425/- for SC/BC Candidate) drawn in favour of "Controller of Finance, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak" Payable at State Bank of India, Pt. B. D. Sharma P.G.I.M.S., Rohtak (Code 4735) failing which the request will not be entertained.
The Application Form complete in all respects must reach the Controller of Examinations, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by 10.09.2012 upto 5 P.M. The application received late shall be rejected.
