Admission
to our full time HRM/BM programmes is based only on XAT scores (NRI candidates,
however may choose GMAT). GMP candidates may apply through XAT or GMAT. After
registering forXAT, candidates may apply for one or more programmes in XLRl.
Step 1 : XAT Registration: visit www.xatonline.net.in by paying online/by cash or demand draft. XAT
registration fee: Rs.950/-for General candidates (Rs.650/- for SC/ST candidates.)
Test Centres: XAT will be conducted in 44 cities across the country and 3
overseas centres. Step Step 2 : XLRl Academic Programme Registration

Human
Resource Management (HRM)
In
this globalised era the manager's ability to tap the latent resources of the
workforce is the most sought for asset. Our HRM programme trains you. to become
just that one, the industry is longing for! Focusing primarily on employee
relations, Human resource management systems and practices, legal framework,
interpersonal and leadership skills the course offers a holistic formation
including areas such as finance, marketing, ITand operations management.

much acclaimed and highly sought after.
Business
Management (BM)
Making
prospective participants efficient leaders and sensitive managers is the thrust
of the BM programme. The training prepares leaders to be value based and
integrated approach to decision making. Drawing in on sister disciplines such
as Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Production &
Operations Management and Strategic Management the programme trains
enterprising managers to shape the future of business.
ELIGIBILITY: (For
both HRM/BM):
Candidate who have completed Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration
or' equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university from India/abroad
are eligible to apply. Those completing their final examination by June 10,2013
may also apply.
General
Management Programme (GMP)
The
Programme aims at reengineering the skills of the practising managers and
executives. By exposing the participants with substantial years of managerial
experience to the recent trends, tools and techniques in Management Science,
they would be better prepared to contribute to the improved performance of the
corporate world. This course recognized by AICTE as being equivalent to PG
Diploma in General Management, incorporates a 3 months hands-on experience in a
relevant area.
Eligibility : Graduates in
any discipline from a recognised university in India/abroad with at least 5
years of managerial/ supervisory experience by March 31, 2013 . GMP candidate may choose to apply either XAT
2013 or GMAT score (taken during December 1,2010 to December 22, 2012). GMP
Interview will take place during 17 - 23, January 2013.

Fellow
Programme in Management (FPM)
Residential
Doctoral Programme
Primarily
aimed at training participants as faculty at premier Management Institutes,
Researchers or Consultants, this prestigious course carries fellowship of Rs.
20,000 per month in the first two years and Rs. 25,000 per month in the
following two years.

Eligibility: Candidate
should have Master's degree or equivalent in any discipline with atleast 55%
marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) with the Bachelor's degree (10+2+3 years)/
equivalent qualification with atleast 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates)
obtained Or a professional qualification like CA/ICWA/CS with atleast 55% marks
(50% forSC/STcandidates) Or BE/ B.Tech degree or equivalent with atleast 60%
marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) and two years of relevant work experience.
Executive Fellow Programme in Management (Exec. FPM) is a non residential
doctoral programme designed to cater to the higher needs of working
executives/faculty members and researchers.

Note: XAT 2013 scores
are used by more than 100 business schools in India for admitting students in
different postgraduate courses. If candidates wish to apply to the other institutes,
