Entrance Test 2012-13 (PET-2012)
Applications
are invited from the eligible candidates
to appear for PET-2012 to be conducted on October 28, 2012, for seeking
registration to Ph. D courses during academic year 2012-13 in the various
faculties viz. Arts, Social Science, Science, Law, Commerce, Management Science,
Fine Arts, Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Education and Physical
Education. Application format be downloaded from the university website, www.bamu.net and duly filled and signed a copy of the
application form along with necessary attested testimonials and a Demand Draft,
drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University,
Aurangabad” / CASH RECEIPT towards the
examination fee, be submitted to the
respective Heads of the university departments on or before
September 10, 2012. The General and Reserved categories
candidates have to pay Rs. 600/- and 400/- as PET fee, respectively.
The
candidates who have qualified CSIR/UGC-NET (JRF, LS), SET, SLET, GATE,
PET-2010 and M. Phil are exempted from
PET. A teacher and personnel with Five years of approved services as UG/PG
teacher or Five years
professional/Adminstrative experience, working with recognized organizations
are also exempted from the PET.
The
details of the syllabi of PET-2012 of all the subjects, pattern of the
examination and qualifying criteria of the examination will be available on the university website, www.bamu.net from
August 27, 2012.
