Admission Notice for B.Sc. Nursing Session-2013
Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET)–2013 for
admission to B.Sc. Nursing course in various Govt. and Private Colleges
affiliated to BFUHS, Faridkot shall be held on 30.06.2013.
1. Prospectus containing OMR Application Form, etc.
shall be available at BFUHS, Faridkot and at below
mentioned branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce on
payment of Rs. 1200/- from 15.05.2013 onwards.
2. Last date for receipt of OMR Application Form for entrance
test is 11-06-13 and with late fee is 17.06.13.
3. OMR Application Form will not be accepted after 17.06.13 in any case. Candidates
are advised to ensure deposition of OMR application form by due date/time by
hand in BFUHS, Faridkot and do not take risk of delivery by Post/mail. BFUHS
will not be liable for any loss due to postal delay. Fee once deposited will
not be refunded / adjusted in any case.
4. The banks shall not supply Prospectus by Post.
However, candidates can get the same by post on sending a request to the
University along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1250/- drawn on any bank in favour
of Registrar, BFUHS payable at Faridkot.
5. NRI
Quota seats: Eligibility & Admission Application Form/Procedure is
available at University website. Last date for submission of application under NRI quota in
BFUHS is 26.07.2013.
Admission Notice for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), B.Sc.
Medical Lab Technology (BMLT) & B.Sc. (Anatomy, Physiology &
Biochemistry) courses, Session 2013.
Prospectus containing Admission Application form
and other conditions shall be available at BFUHS, Faridkot and at below
mentioned branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- from 15.05.13
onwards. University will also send
the Prospectus through Post on receipt of request alongwith DD of Rs. 1050 in
favour of Registrar BFUHS payable at Faridkot.
Last date for receipt of Admission Application Form is
19.07.13 and with late fee is 26.07.13. Fee once deposited will not be refunded
/ adjusted in any case.
