How to apply:
i.
Candidates are required to down load the appropriate application form (Form - I
& II ) and the Information Brochure - IV from the website
http://www.andhrauniversity.edu.in
ii. A
demand draft drawn in favour of Director, Directorate of Admissions, A.U. from
any Nationalised Bank payable at Visakhapatnam for the amount as per the
details given below should be enclosed towards registration and Processing fee.
(a) Rs.
1000/- for Double Degree MTech / MSc Programmes (Sweden) - Form - I
(i) MTech /
MSc Software Engg (separate application and DD)
(ii) MTech
/ MSc Telecommunication systems (separate application and DD)
(b)
Rs.1,000/- ME / MTech / MPharm (Evening Course for locally employed personnel)
separate application and DD for each Department - Form - I
(c) Rs.
200/- for PG Diploma / Diploma and Certificate Courses (Separate application
and DD for each course) - Form - II
(d) Rs.
400/- for MA Yoga & Consciousness (2 Years Course) - Form - II
iii. The
duly filled in application should accompany with attested copies of the
following certificates.
(a) Pass
certificate / Degree Provisional or Original Certificate of the qualifying
examination.
(b) Marks
statements of the qualifying examination.
(c) Date of
birth certificate (SSC or equivalent certificate).
(d) Study
certificates for the last 7 Years of study or residence certificate in case of
private study.
(e)
Integrated Community certificate issued by competent authority in case of SC /
ST / BC candidates
(f) No
objection and Service Certificates from the employers.
(g)
Migration certificate for candidates from other universities.
(h) Demand
Draft towards registration and processing fee.
6. Foreign / Other State Category Seats:
i. 15%
supernumerary seats in each Science, Arts and Engineering course offered at
A.U. campus are available to foreign / NRI students. Their applications shall
be considered under separate fee structure.
ii. In the
absence of qualified candidates in the above said categories unfilled seats
will be filled by local candidates based on the marks obtained in the
qualifying degree with a different fee structure.

Late Applications:
Applications
received after the above due dates will be treated as late applications and
shall be accepted only on payment of late fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for PG
Diploma / Diploma / Certificate Courses) along with Registration and Processing
fee through D.D. in favour of Director, Directorate of Admissions, Andhra
University, Vijayanagar Palace, Pedawaltair, Visakhapatnam-530017 on or before
30-07-2013.
