Note
: The Admission Forms will be accepted only on working days, i.e. from Monday
to Friday, except holidays.
The
University Prospectus containing Admission Form and other details are available
in "Reception & Information Cell and Sale Counter', Near City Gate on
payment of Rs.800/- (Rs.200/- in case of SC & BC candidates of Haryana
only). The same can also be obtained by post upto 21 06.2013 by sending written
request alongwith Demand Draft of Rs.8507-(Rs.250/- in case of SC & BC
candidates of Haryana only) in favour of Registrar, Guru Jambheshwar University
of Science & Technology, Hisar payable at Hisar. Admission Form and other
details are also available on the University website www.gjust.ac.in. Such
candidates who download the Admission Form must attach a Bank Draft of Rs.800/-
(Rs.200/- in case of SC & BC candidates of Haryana only) in favour of
Registrar, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar
payable at Hisar alongwith Admission Form. Admission Form complete in all
respects must reach in the office of Chairperson concerned, by 28.06.2013 upto
5.00 P.M. as given in 'Important Information' in the University Prospectus.
Incomplete Admission Forms or those received after the due date shall be
summarily rejected.
Note
: (i) Admission to B.Tech. courses, B.Tech. (LEET) Engineering and
MCA will be made by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES),
Panchkula through online counseling (website www.hscs.org
and www.techeduhry.nic.in) (ii)
HSTES has decided that the admission to M.Tech. programmes in all the State
Universities and the affiliated colleges' institutes for the year 2013-14 shall
be made through the centralized admission/entrance test to be conducted by
Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat)
(Website www.dcrustm.org.)
