Selection for Children's Science Congress 2013

The Kerala State Council for Science, Tech­nology, and Environment (KSCSTE) will hold district-level competitions in the second week of October to select the student delegation that will represent the State in the National Chil­dren's Science Congress to be held at Bhopal from December 27 to 31.

Competitions will be held for children in the 10-14 age groups and 14-17 age groups. A mini­mum of five students can form a group and present projects on, this year's topic 'Energy Preser­vation and Conservation'.

Those interested in participating should get in touch with dis­trict coordinator of Children's Science Congress. The winners at the district-level are eligible to participate in the State-level competitions scheduled to be held on October 30 and 31. Six­teen projects selected at the State-level competitions will be presented at the National Chil­dren's Science Congress.
