If you like
to download the previous years question papers( for B.Sc/M.Sc entrance exam) ,
you have to pay an additional amount of Rs 200 to the same account and have the
documentry proof (counter foil of Bank Payin slip/UTR/DD) before you start
applying online.

In case ,you
face any difficulty in interbank transfer, payment may also be made through DD
Drawn in favour of Director, AIISH, Mysore, Payable at Mysore.
Following
scanned documents are required and should have the soft copies before filling
this application form. Candidate must scan these documents in 72 dpi
resolution. Passport size photo must be in .jpg format, others can be in .jpg
or .pdf format.

Candidates seeking admission to BASLP at JIPMER,PUDUCHERRY, RIMS, IMPHAL or NSCBMC, JABALPUR shall write the name of the institute (JIPMER, Puducherry, RIMS, Imphal or NSCBMC, JABALPUR ) at the top of the print out of the application form. The same may be indicated on the envelope in which the application is sent to The Director, AIISH, Mysore. A copy of the printed application form may be sent to the respective institute also.
