M.Pharm. Admission Notice 2014-2015
Applications have been invited from Candidates
intending to take admission into the M.Pharm. course viz., (1) Pharmaceutics
(No. of seats: 18 including SC:02 &ST:03) and (2) Pharmaceutical Analysis
& Quality Assurance ( No. of seats: 17 including SC:02 &ST:02) of
Berhampur University.
Any person with B.Pharm. Degree from an Institution
duly recognized by the competent authority with at least 50% of marks in
aggregate or equivalent grade point can apply for the course.

Candidates are required to send duly filled-in
application form with a D.D of processing-cum-application fees of Rs. 500/-
(Rs. 400/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Course Coordinator,
M.Pharm, Berhampur University payable at S.B.I., Bhanja Bihar, Berhampur-7
(code-2107) along with original and attested copies of certificates and mark
sheets of HSC or equivalent, +2 sciences or equivalent, B. Pharm., Transfer
Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended along
with D.D. for Rs. 28,885/- (for other university Candidates) / Rs.28,685/- (for
Berhampur University candidates) towards Course & Academic fee and
admission fees including other fees, drawn in favour of Comptroller of finance,
Berhampur University payable at SBI, Bhanja Bihar (Code-2107), to the Course
Coordinator, School of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Berhampur
University, Bhanja Bihar, Berhampur-7 on or before 16.08.2014.
