Applications are invited for
Admission to BSc Medical Laboratory Technology Course 2014-2015 (Cost Based)
No. of Seats : 15 (Management Quota).
Qualification : Plus Two or equivalent examination
pass with 50% Marks in Physics,
Chemistry and Biology put together (Pass mark for SC/ST candidates).
Fee Structure : Tuition fee : Rs. 52,000/- per year
Caution Deposit : Rs. 30,000/-
(Rs.5,000/-
for SC/ST/OEC Students)
(Subject to revision)
Admission Fee : Rs. 3000/- (Subject to revision)
Other fee : As fixed by the University from time to
time.
Admission will be made from the rank list prepared
by the University on the basis of the
marks obtained in the Plus Two or equivalent
examination.

Application bearing passport size photograph
attested by a Gazetted officer along with,
1. The original chalan receipt for having remitted
the fee of Rs. 300/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates on the basis of valid
community certificate issued by the competent authority) to Calicut University
fund at Calicut University fee counter/Janasevanakendra/Akshaya Centres/through
SBT e-payment.
2. Attested copies of certificates, as, proof of
qualification, age and community - should be forwarded to the Director, Centre
for Health Sciences, University of Calicut, Calicut University(P.O), Malappuram
(Dt), Pin-673 635.
The last date for the receipt
of filled in application is 27.08.2014.
Defective applications will be summarily rejected.
