Admissions to Undergraduate
Programmes
(Beginning from June 2015)
Fatima
Mata National College (Autonomous) has invited applications for the
Undergraduate programmes commencing in June 2015. Candidates must submit their
applications online at http://www.fatimamatanationalcollege.ac.in/ on or before 5th
June 2015.
Programmes
The
college offers two types of programmes:
1. Aided
2. Self-Financing.
After
the successful completion of the programmes, candidates will be issued
certificates from the University of Kerala.

Kerala University norms.
How to apply:
the candidates must register themselves online and submit their applications.
Separate
application forms for candidates seeking admission to scats under management
quota are available at the college office. Only candidates who have applied
online are eligible for admission under any quota, including the management
quota.
Application
fee
The
candidates must pay a sum of Rs 150 (general) and Rs 100 (SC/ST). towards
registration and application. The payment should be made through either SB!
challan (can be downloaded from the college website) or Demand Draft of any
bank payable at Kollam
Reservation criteria
Admission
to the aided programmes will be based on the following mandatory reservation
criteria:

quota (CC) includes Latin Catholics
Admission
to the self-financing programmes will be on the basis of merit as detailed
below:

The remaining 50% of the seats shall be filled by the management,
observing the prescribed eligibility conditions.

STEPS
FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION (1 TO 9)
STEP 1: REMITTANCE OF REGISTRATION/ APPLICATION FEE
The registration fee shall be made through either SBI challan or
Demand Draft. The challan form can be downloaded from the link.Take a print out
and remit the fee at any SBI Branch. College copy of the challan should be sent
along with the hard copy of application.
OR
DD (from any nationalized bank) should be drawn in favour of The
Principal, Fatima Mata National College, Kollam (payable at Kollam). DD should
be sent along with the hard copy of application.
STEP 2: CANDIDATE PROFILE REGISTRATION
The candidate can start the online registration using the “Apply
Online” link. Candidate should enter the personal details here. Fields marked
with * are mandatory. After entering the personal details, click the “Continue”
button.
STEP 3: ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check the box for accepting the terms and conditions and click the
“Accept” button.
STEP 4: REGISTRATION FEE REMITTANCE DETAILS
Enter the challan details (Journal No., date, amount, branch name)
and click the “Continue” button.
STEP 5: ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Fill in the application form completely. Fields marked with * are
mandatory.
STEP 6: PHOTO UPLOAD
Colour photo with light coloured background [35mm × 45mm (width ×
height)] in jpg format and less than 100kb size must be uploaded. For
uploading, select the image file using “Choose File” button. After uploading
the photo, click “Submit” button.
STEP 7: VERIFICATION OF THE APPLICATION
If all the mandatory fields are filled, he/she will be prompted to
verify the data again. After verifying the application, click “Submit” button.
A successful submission message will appear. If any mandatory fields are
incomplete, the missing fields will be notified in red at the top of the web page.
He/she can proceed further after entering all the mandatory fields.
STEP 8: PRINT THE COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM
Click the “Print Application” button to take the printout of the
completed application form. The printout of the application form must be sent
to The Principal, Fatima Mata National College (Autonomous), Kollam, Kerala -
691001
STEP 9: REGISTRATION NUMBER AND PASSWORD
Remember the Registration Number and date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
he/she has entered, to verify the status of their application through the
Admission Status link in admission portal.
POINTS TO REMEMBER
Candidates are instructed to register online within the specified
time schedule through the admission portal.
SEND THE HARD COPY OF THE APPLICATION (PRINTOUT)along with the
CHALLAN/DD To The Principal, Fatima Mata National College (Autonomous), Kollam,
Kerala - 691001
THE CANDIDATE WHO FAILS TO SEND THE PRINTOUT OF THE APPLICATION
along with the CHALLAN/DD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
The
hard copy of the application should reach the Principal on or before 6th June
2015
