PIMS-AICET-ASUG 2015
Applications are invited from eligible candidates
for Common Entrance Test (PIMS-AICET-ASUG 2015) to be conducted by the Pravara
Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni for selection of students to BPT (Bachelor
of Physiotherapy) and BSc Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing), PBBSc Nursing course
run by the constituent colleges of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni
Eligibility
Criteria:
Eligibility
for BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)
Candidate must be Indian National. The nationality
certificate issued by the District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate
/ Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or a valid passport will be considered as a
proof of Nationality.
Candidate must have passed qualifying examination
i.e. HSC (or equivalent) examination with the subject Physics, Chemistry,
Biology and English. The candidate must be born on or before 31st December 1998
to be eligible to appear for PIMS-AICET-ASUG 2015. The candidates who are appearing for
qualifying examination i.e.HSC (or equivalent) in February / March 2015 are
eligible to appear for PIMS-AICET-ASUG 2015, however they must fulfill the
eligibility condition at the time of counseling.
Eligibility
for BSc Nursing
Candidate must be Indian National. The nationality
certificate issued by the District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate
/ Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or a valid passport will be considered as a
proof of Nationality.
Candidate must have passed qualifying examination
i.e. HSC (or equivalent) examination with the subject Physics, Chemistry,
Biology and English. Candidate belonging to general category must have obtained
a minimum 45% marks in PCBE (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English) at the
HSC (or equivalent) examination. Candidate belonging to SC / ST category must
have obtained a minimum 40% marks in PCBE (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and
English) at the HSC (or equivalent) examination. Candidates belonging to the SC
/ ST category must attach a copy of the caste and caste validity certificate
along with the application form. It should however be noted that there is no
reservation for student belonging to Backward class. This certificate is
required in support of relaxation of eligibility criteria if the such candidate
gets an admission on the basis of interse merit of PIMS-AICET-ASUG 2015 but has
scored less than 45% marks in qualifying examinations i.e. HSC (or equivalent).
The candidate must be born on or before 31st December, 1998 to be eligible to

for PBBSc Nursing
Candidate
must be Indian National.
The nationality certificate issued by the District
Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or
a valid passport will be considered as a proof of Nationality.
Candidate must have passed HSC (or equivalent)
examination from Arts, Science or Commerce faculty. Candidate of Science
faculty will be preferred.
Candidate must have passed GNM (General Nursing
& Midwifery) course from INC recognized institution.
Candidate should be registered as R.N. & R.M.
with the State Nurses Registration Council.
A male nurse trained before the implementation of
new integrated course besides being registered as a nurse with State Nurses
Registration Council, shall produce evidence of training approved by INC for a
similar duration in lieu of midwifery in any one of the following areas:
O.T. Techniques, Ophthalmic Nursing, Leprosy
Nursing, T.B. Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Neurological and Neurosurgical
Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Cancer Nursing, Orthopaedic Nursing

Option 1:

Option 2:
The prospectus can be purchased from Pravara
University Admissions office or by writing to the following address on payment
of Rs. 900/- (for by post add Rs.200.00 towards postal charges). The DD should
be drawn in the name of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni payable at
Pune.

Entrance Test Examination Fee:
Rs. 750/-. (In case of downloaded application form,
entrance test fee is Rs. 900/-).

form along with demand draft and applicable documents reaches the office of the
