Eliqibility
Ph.D
in Physics/ Material Science/ Nano-technology specialized in thin film
technologies (PVD- E-Beam/ PLD/ DC-RF Sputtering/ Thermal & CVD) with
exposure to characterization techniques like XRD, SEM & AFM are encouraged
to apply.
The
candidates with M.Sc(Physics/Material Science) can also apply for the post of
Scientific Assistants.

Admissions
are open for January, 2013 Batch on the area of Nanoscience &
Nanotechnology (with various specializations)
Selection
to this programme will be based on the performance in the written test and
interview. Interested candidates with B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical,
Metallurgy, Ceramics, Electronics and Biotechnology) or M.Sc (Physics,
Chemistry, Material Science, Nanotechnology/ Nanoscience, Biotechnology, Life Science
& Electronics) are encouraged to apply for this 2 year full time programme.
