NOTICE
M. A.
in Mass communication (Session: 2012-2014)
Applications in prescribed forms,
obtainable from Sales Counter at Rajbati (and not by post) on payment of Rs.
200/- in cash between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., on working days (except Saturdays,
Sundays and University Holidays) are invited for admission into the above
Course from 06.09.2012 to 26.09.2012.
Eligibility:
(i) Graduates of 10+2+3 pattern
(General/Hons.)/Graduates of 10+2+2 pattern passing one year Bridge course or
its equivalent/one year P.G. Diploma in J.& M. C. from any recognised
University.
(ii) Candidates who have appeared at
B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.(Gen./Hons.) final examination may also apply provided that
they will have to submit final mark-sheet at the time of admission, if
selected.
(iii) For consideration as ‘Working
Journalist’, in addition to qualification in (i) above, a candidate must have
at least three years experience as such in a Newspaper/Journal or in Electronic
Media. Credential from appropriate authority must be enclosed with the form.

to be submitted within due date along with demand draft of Rs. 200/- in favour
of “Finance Officer, The University of Burdwan” payable at Burdwan. Submission
of form through post/courier is not acceptable.
