For Diploma Candidates The
last date of sale of Diploma Prospectus-13 and submission of Forms
(OMR/Application)has been

For B.E./B.Tech. (LEET) & MCA Candidates The
Candidates are required to submit their Online Entrance Test(OLET) applications
as taken from www.onlinetesthry.nic.in
to office of HSTES from 25.04.2013 to 08.05.2013 alongwith ORIGINAL OLET fee deposition slip.
Admission to MCA Courses
for 2013-14 Govt. has decided to Conduct Online Entrance
Test(OLET) and online counseling for Admissions to MCA Courses for session
2013-14.No other Mode than OLET Merit Score Will be Considered for MCA
Admissions. candidates are advised to check online brochure for MCA.
Eligibility
Admissions
shall be made on the basis of the inter se merit of OLET (LEET (Engg)-2013
conducted online on the website www.onlinetesthry.nic.in
Minimum
Academic Qualifications for Admission to 2nd year (3rd Semester) of B.E.
/B.Tech. Courses
Obtained at
least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e.
SC category) in aggregate in Diploma in Engg./ Technology of a duration of 3
years or more from Haryana State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent
Passed B.Sc
Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks
(40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed XII
standard with mathematics as a subject
Provided
that in case of students belonging to B. Sc. Stream, shall clear the subjects
of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the
first year engineering program along with the second year subjects
Provided
further that, the students belonging to B. Sc. Stream shall be considered only
after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging
to the Diploma stream
Provided
further that student, who has passed:
Diploma in
Engineering and Technology from an AICTE approved instt. on or B.Sc Degree from
a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission
to the first year Engineering Degree courses subject to vacancies in the first
year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. However the
admissions shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned in
A, B, D, and E above
As per
AICTE, seats in lateral entry may be taken up to a maximum of 20% of sanctioned
intake
Admit Card:
The admit
cards containing roll number and allotted OLET centre shall be generated for
the candidates whose valid application is received physically by HSTES with in
the prescribed keydates
The Admit
Cards for appearing in the OLET are to be downloaded by the candidates from the
website www.onlinetesthry.nic.in HSTES shall not issue or POST any admit card
to any registered candidate for the LET
The
candidate having Admit card should report to the allotted OLET centre on given
date and time for appearing the test along with supporting documents including
ID proofs

candidate to deposit counselling fee of Rs.500/- by generating anew-slip

Candidates,
who would not deposit the counselling fees as per schedule, cannot be considered
for counselling and will be solely responsible for consequences. No request in
this regard shall be considered after expiry of last cut off date of deposition
of counselling fee
KM-Kashmiri
Migrants, HGST-Haryana Government School Toppers; KM and HGST candidate shall
participate in 2nd counseling
It is also
informed that State Govt. has changed the name of Diploma Course “Diploma in
Business Management (DBM), to Diploma in Management or more details, check the
link Revised Intake 2013-14 Govt/Govt. Society Polytechnic available at www.hstes.org
The
admission to Diploma in Management course will be on the inter-semerit of
DET-2013
Subject to
increase by the State Govt; the difference between counselling fee deposited
and increased fee shall be deposited by the candidate at the time of reporting
in allotted institute. The fee so collected from the students shall be
deposited in HSTES’s PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK A/C No.0087000111222785 by the
respective institution within a week under intimation to HSTES
