The filled up application shall be sent
to the address below on or before 5.06.2013 at 4.30 P.M along with
application fee for Rs 300/-(Rupees Three Hundred only) as Demand Draft drawn
in favor of “The Special Officer, CFRD payable at Kochi (for SC/ST candidates
the application fee is Rs.150/- only) super scribing on the envelop “Application
for Admission to B Sc for the year 2013-2014”. Applications received not in
the prescribed form, without D.D and after the due
date shall be summarily rejected.
