Admission to Advanced PG
Diploma in Communication Engineering (2013-14 Batch)
Applications
have been invited by University of Kerala for admission to Advanced PG Diploma
in Communication Engineering for 2013-14 batch.
Eligibility for admission:
i.
BE / BTech or equivalent degree in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics /
Electronics & Communication / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation /
Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science Engineering with at least
55 % marks or equivalent CGPA.
OR
ii.
MSc Degree in Physics / Applied Physics / Photonics / Electronics with at least
55 % marks or equivalent CGPA.
All
these Degrees should be recognized by University of Kerala.
iii.
For sponsored quota: A candidate having the above qualification must have a
minimum experience of 2 years in the relevant field and must be sponsored by
Government / Quasi-Government / Corporate / Industry / Teaching / Research
Organizations.
Fee Structure
Cost
of application and registration fee: Rs. 500/-
Miscellaneous
fee: Rs.3000/-

be paid at the time of admission)

The
filled application along with University pay-in-slip*/DD** for Rs.500/- in
favour of Finance Officer, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram should
reach the "The Professor & Head, Department of Optoelectronics,
Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 581" on or before 15.06.2013.
*
University pay-in-slip can be obtained by remitting Rs. 500/- either at
University cash counters at Kerala University Office Complex, Palayam,
Thiruvananthapuram or Kariavattom Campus.
**DD
drawn from SBl / SBT / District Co-operative banks payable at
Thiruvananthapuram only be accepted.
The copies of the following
documents are to be attached along with the application

SSLC

Plus two
3.
BTech / MSc degree certificates and mark lists of all semesters
4.
Conduct certificate
5.
Transfer Certificate (TC)
6.
Eligibility certificate issued by University of Kerala (this is needed only for
candidates whose Degree is from Universities other than that of University of
Kerala)
7.
Caste certificate (for those who are availing reservation)
8.
Income certificate (for those who are availing reservation)
9.
PH certificate (for physically handicapped applicants)
10.
BPL certificate (for BPL category)
