POST GRADUATE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH CHANDIGARH
Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh has invited applications for admission to the following courses starting from 1st September 2013.
Last date for receipt of application : 20.06.2013
Fee : For General / OBC /OPH/SPON /FN candidates : 1000/-
For SC/ST Candidates : 800/-
All the candidates are directed to deposit the above fees in the branches of State Bank of India by filling the Challan form in the name of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh (Examination) in the Power Jyoti Account No.32211613319 and those candidates who have SBI account can also pay their fee through i -collect service of SBI.
1. BSc Med. Tech. Laboratory
2. (a) BSc Med. Tech. Radio Diagnosis & Imaging with stipend
(b) BSc Med. Tech. Radio Diagnosis & Imaging without stipend
3. BSc Med. Tech. Radiotherapy
4. BSc Med. Tech. Operation Theatre
5. BSc Med. Tech. Perfusionist without stipend
6. Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP)
7. Bachelor of Physiotherapies
Eligibility:
Academic Qualification required for admission to the above courses can be availed in detail from the website: http://pgimer.nic.in
Age limits: Not more than 25 years and less than 17 years on 31st August, 2013 (i.e . those who born before 1st September, 1988 and after 31st August, 1996) are not eligible .
Application:
The candidate is required to download the Application Form / Challan Form from the website link: http://pgimer.nic.in/code/pdf/afpara2013.pdf after filling the application form, the candidate is required to send it by Speed Post/Registered Post to Registrar, PGI, Chandigarh on or before 19.06.2013. After depositing the fee with the branch of State Bank of India, the candidate shall send a PGI's copy of the Challan Form along with the application form and retain a candidate's copy of Challan with him/her for future use. The third copy of the Challan form will be retained by the State Bank of India. The Challan form is required to be filled up in the name of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh (Examination) in the Power Jyoti Account No. 32211613319 and those candidates who have SBI account can also pay their fee through i-collect service of SBI. In that case the INB reference No. will have to be mentioned instead of Challan No. in the application form. The fees for GEN / OBC / OPH / SPON / FN candidates is Rs.1000/- and for SC / ST Rs.800/- (indicating category i.e. General or SC / ST). (The candidates should write his / her Name, Address, contact number and course name in which he / she apply, on the back side of Challan Form).
