Online Applications are invited by Association of
Un-aided Sikh Minority Medical/ Dental Institutions (Punjab) Mehta Road, P.O
Vallah, Sri Amritsar – 143501 from
eligible Untrimmed Sikh Candidates for admission to M.B.B.S. and B.D.S. Courses
under Sikh Minority & NRI Quota seats at Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of
Medical/Dental Sciences and Research, Sri Amritsar respectively for the session
2014-15.
The admission to MBBS/BDS courses shall be open to
sikh candidates who have qualified AIPMT – 2014 to be conducted by Central
Board of Secondary Examinations and eligible as per Punjab Govt Notification/
Baba Farid University rules. Only AIPMT-2014 qualified sikh candidates will be
selected under Sikh Minority Quota as per their merit.
Candidates are advised to fill online admission
application form available at www.sgrdimsr.in
Candidates are required to submit a self attested
print copy of admission application form alongwith required self attested
copies of certificates and institute’s copy of bank challan form in the
institute by hand or by registered post/speed post
Examination Fee and Cost of Prospectus cum
Information Bulletin (For Sikh Minority Quota):
Fee payable along with Online Application Form: Rs.
9500/- (in shape of Bank Challan)
Download the Bank challan form available on online
admission portal www.admissions.sgrdimsr.in.
Deposit fee in Institute’s account at any branch of
State Bank of India through challan form .
No fee is to be paid along with Online submission
of Application Form. A bank draft of Rs. 55000-00 from NRO/NRE A/C in favour of
“Registrar AUSMMDI” payable at Amritsar is to be submitted in the Institute
along with print out of Admission Application Form up to 07-05-2014.

along with the documents as mentioned on the Print Copy of Application Form at
the Institute: 15-04-2014
Date of Conduct of Sikh History & Religion Test-2014 at SGRDIMSAR,
Vallah, Sri Amritsar (NRI applicants need not appear in Sikh History and
Religion test.): 16-04-2014
