PGDM ADMISSION NOTICE 2014-2015
Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management
(IITTM), Gwalior has invited applications for admission to two-year Post
Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes in the following areas:
Tourism & Travel
Tourism & Leisure
Services
International Business (International Tourism)
International Business (Tourism & Logistics)
Tourism & Cargo Management
Eligibility
Criteria:
Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM programme
shall be required to possess a bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 pattern) in any
discipline of a University or equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks (45%
for SC/ST/ PH).
Reservation for SC,
ST, OBC (Non-creamy layer) and physically challenged candidates will be
applicable as per Govt. of India rules.
Physically
challenged candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates
appearing for the final examination of graduation are also eligible to apply,
provided they complete it with requisite grade / percentage of marks by October
31, 2014.
Admission to the programme shall be through an
admission process of 100 points. A weight of 70% shall be for the performance
in Admission Tests considered for the purpose by IITTM. IITTM considers MAT /
CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT for admission to its programmes. Another 15% points
each are for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) respectively. A
candidate to be eligible to be considered for admission must participate in all
components of the admission process, i.e., one of the Admission tests, GD and
PI.

The last date for applying along with the valid scores of
MAT, CAT, XAT and GMAT is Wednesday, April 30, 2014.
Short-listed students will have to appear for GD and PI at
any one of the IITTM centres:
a. IITTM, Bhubaneswar & Nellore : May 10-11, 2014
b. IITTM, Noida & NIWS Goa : May 17-18, 2014
c. IITTM, Gwalior : May 24-25, 2014
The institute will declare results of the first screening for
admission on Wednesday, June 04, 2014.
