IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
Applications SHOULD NOT be interchanged among the candidates.
The last date for the receipt
of filled in applications along with copies of necessary certificates at PAJANCOA&RI, KARAIKAL-609 603 is 13.06.2014 [Friday] at 5.00 pm.
Applications received after the prescribed last date and time will summarily be
rejected.
This
institute is not responsible for any postal delay in receipt of filled in
applications.
All the
certificates (to be submitted by the candidates along with the filled in
admission application) should be done only in the formats provided in the Brochure or the format issued by the
respective authorities. Candidates claiming seats under regional allocation may
either use these formats directly or take photocopies provided in this
Application form.
Option
once exercised with regard to community/ regional / special allocation will not
be changed under any circumstances.
The cost
of application form is Rs.500/-
(Rs.250/- for SC/ST)
Application forms can be obtained in person by paying the application fee in
cash from the O/o. the Dean, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture & Research Institute,
Nedungadu Post, Karaikal-609 603.
Applications can also be obtained through post by sending a request letter
addressed to the Dean, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture & Research Institute, Nedungadu Post,
Karaikal-609 603 along with self-addressed cover of size 34x28cm stamped for
Rs. 52/- (through registered post). The application fee should be sent as
Demand Draft in favour of the Dean, PAJANCOA&RI, Karaikal from any
Nationalised Bank, payable at Karaikal and drawn on or after 19.05.2014. Cheques,
Postal Order and Money Orders will not be accepted.
The
application can also be downloaded from the website www.pajancoa.ac.in. The
filled in downloaded application in
A4 size sheet should be attached with necessary application fee of Rs.500/-
(Rs.250/- for SC/ST) as Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Dean,
PAJANCOA&RI, Karaikal from any Nationalalised Bank payable at Karaikal.

The merit
list and the counseling call letter will be published in the website
www.pajancoa.ac.in. The candidates are requested to visit the website for knowing their rank in the merit list

postal delay in receipt of the counseling call letter by the candidates.
