NATIONAL
INSTITUTE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH (NICMAR), established over
twenty-nine years ago by the Indian Construction Industry, is India's premier
Post Graduate Institute in Construction Management, Real Estate Management,
Infrastructure Management, Project Management (CRIP). Ministry of Science and
Technology, Government of India, has recognised the Institute as a Scientific
and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO). With strong support from the
industry, NICMAR is recognised as a prestigious Centre of Excellence in
techno-management education in CRIP. The Institute has near 100% campus
placement record, including overseas placement, even during recent economic

multidisciplinary programme aims at in-depth training for leadership positions
in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing &
investment organisations. The programme focuses on integrated approach to
manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development,
execution and management.
