Three-Day Programme on Personality Development and Soft Skill Training for Equal Opportunity

Equal Opportunity Cell, University of Kerala, Kariavattom, Trivandrum 695581 has invited applications for admission to Three-Day Programme on Personality Development & Soft Skill Training for Equal Opportunity scheduled to be conducted during 04-06 February 2014.

About Programme:
Personality Development means enhancing and grooming one’s outer and inner self to bring about a positive change to your life. As far as students are concerned, effective Personality Development Programmes can aid them in dealing with the challenges of the outside world more effectively and efficiently. This will also help them in understanding the intricacies involved in the corporate world. Above all, he or she would know on how to be emotionally balanced.

Soft skills will enable students with a strong conceptual and practical framework to build, develop and manage teams. Training in soft skills provides strong practical orientation to the students and help them in building and improving their skills in communication, the effective use of English, business correspondence, presentations, team-building, leadership, time management, group discussions, interviews and interpersonal skills.
The proposed three-day programme aims at providing a socially congenial atmosphere for academic interaction and for the growth of healthy interpersonal relationships among the students coming from various deprived groups.

Registration:
Interested participants from students (UG and PG) and research scholars of the marginalized groups are requested to submit the registration form in the given format at http://www.keralauniversity.ac.in  (No registration fee).
