BLDE University, Smt. Bangaramma Sajjan Campus,
Sholapur Road, Bijapur - 586103, Karnataka has invited Application from
eligible Candidates for admission to MBBS to be conducted at The Constituent
College Shri. B.M. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre.
Eligibility:
Pass in 10+2 exam or equivalent with min 50% marks
in combination of Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Bio-technology. Application
can be sent by e-mail or post in the prescribed proforma available on web site
www.bldeuniversity.ac.in, a copy of the same should be sent by post / courier
along with necessary, supporting documents to the Registrar, BLDE University,
Bijapur-586 103, Karnataka

a. 10+2 / Equivalent Examination marks card
b. Conduct / Character certificate issued by the
college last studied in
c. Date of Birth Certificate if not mentioned in
the 10th Class / Equivalent examination marks card
d. Physical fitness certificate issued by the
medical officer not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon.
e. Transfer certificate
f. Migration Certificate issued by the Board /
University in case of candidates coming from outside Karnataka State.
g. Clearance certificate issued by the Ministry of
Human resources Development, Government of India, New Delhi.
h. Equivalence Certificate from AIU
i. Student Visa / Long term Visa
